Life International grows and deepens in Christ

It was a joy to reconnect with the ministry of Life International in Lund, Sweden. Eric and Bonnie Sparrman have been partnering with Vasterkykran, a Swedish congregation that has embraced a missional vision to reach out to the international community. Bonnie hosts a weekly women’s Bible study with students from Indonesia, China, Peru, India, the Netherlands, Germany, Iran, and Sweden. On this evening two of the Chinese students organized a dinner at a local authentic Chinese restaurant. The food was amazing and I could see how much they enjoyed being together. It’s a blessing to see how new people are attending and growing in relationship with each other and in their relationship with Christ.

Life International meets in the afternoon in the sanctuary of Vasterkyrkan. It was a blessing to see new leaders growing in their gifts and getting involved. In the last year a wonderful worship team has formed and led the service with such joy and skill. It was honor to for me to preach in the service and share in leading Communion with Eric.

Members of Life International who are curious and open to God and taking their first steps in following Christ, serving the church and reaching out to friends with the Gospel.
